Pemphigus vegetans.. Vegetations hypertrophic formed after rupture of bubbles especially in intertriginous areas. Smelly of mucous membranes and skin lesions

Pemphigus vegetans:
It is characterized by massive growths that are formed after the rupture of the bubbles especially in the folds.
Clinical manifestations:
Vesicles first infect the oral cavity and then spread to cover large areas of the skin.
Secondary bacterial infection is common and may lead to benign symptoms, smelly of mucous membranes and skin lesions.
Differential Diagnosis of Pox:
1 Euphorbic pox: occurs in some children, bubbles more common occurs on the base of Alrhihip on the palms and soles, their serological content contains many spiral.
2 Bubbly Herpes: Staphylococcus aureus (bubonic plague) on normal skin.
The causative germ may appear and respond to antigens.
