Neonatal pemphigus vulgaris:
Common pimples are unusual in pregnancy.
Several cases have been found to pass through the placenta, infect infants, and may have blisters, skin bubbles, mucous membranes, and others on the surface of a dead fetus.
Diagnosis of common pox:
1 Clinical image.
2 Direct immune fluorescence shows positive results in skin biopsies in all infected infants.
3 IgG IgA antibodies found in most cases.
4 Nikolsky positive sign in common pox.
