Vitiligo:

It is a pigmented skin disorder, characterized by spots that are free of pigmentation and are clear border caused by the deficiency or destruction of melanocytes.
Immune factors are a major cause of Vitiligo, as there is a genetic factor in the disease.
Clinical manifestations:
Pests gradually appear on sun-exposed surfaces, such as the face and extremities, where there is a clear, milky white pigmented spots that may show hyperpigmented edges especially as treatment progresses.
Vitiligo may be primary (idiopathic) or secondary to certain factors.
Certain systemic diseases may be associated with Vitiligo: Toxic Toxic Anemia Carcinoma Preparedness Diabetic Addison Disease.
Path of Vitiligo:
Spots may spontaneously or as a result of treatment, remain as they are for a long time or become more extensive to cover the entire body with a complete change in the color of the entire surface of the skin and hair.
