To avoid such a situation we can try the following:
- Eat snacks at intervals (3 hours), as opposed to what we used to hear to prevent eating between meals.
- Avoid omission of main meals, some may think that the omission of some meals lead to weight loss, but in fact leads to a fluctuation in the level of glucose in the blood. Creating a state of biological urgency that must be addressed.
