Prolonged exposure to sunlight may also lead to collagen atrophy leading to loss of the small arteries and veins under the surface of the skin.
This type of purpura occurs mainly on the exposed parts of the sun from the hands of the forearms and on the legs, lesions may appear after a simple or spontaneous show.
