Methods after laser surgery.. Put the ointment of Polisporin. Do not peel off. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight

Methods after surgery:
* Put Polisporin ointment:
In our center, we use a combination of Pufexamac and Muperacin cream (Drexoril or Bactropan). This has proven to lead to excellent healing after surgery, reduction of erythema and hyperpigmentation. The treated area can be covered with sufratol gauze or Vigilion dressing. The dressing leaves in its position for 48 hours then still using only a medicine without cover. Ice bag, cold milk compresses or cream "Pufexamac Parfenac or Droxaryl" can be applied several times a day to remove erythema and edema that may occur after peeling.
* Do not remove crusts:
- Emollients such as cream (Oileatum) can be used to keep the skin moist.
- Washing may be recommended but avoid using paper to dry. Soft cotton cloth can be used.
- Reduce skin irritation with gentle drying without rubbing, only by gentle pressure with lumbar gauze on the area.
- Avoid irritants on treated areas such as strong soap perfumes and moderate soap such as "Alpha Keri or White Dove Soap" can be used.
* Avoid direct exposure to sunlight:
This may cause excessive pigmentation, especially in colored people.
