Liichen aureus (Pseudomonas aeruginosa) .. Single scabs non-itchy purple or rust-colored and often golden-colored, similar to bruises

Liichen aureus:
The eruption of purpura is often localized and the purpura spots are concentrated.
Clinical manifestations:
The skin lesions begin in the form of single, non-abrasive or rust-colored scabs that are often golden in color, resembling bruises.
Small vesicles may be seen in the course of a disease that may last several years. Histopathological changes are in the form of bloody capillaries, lymphatic infiltration and tissue cells.
Treatment:
Topical steroids may be helpful.
