Heriditary porphria cutanea tarda.. phlebotomy. Chloroquine. Sodium bicarbonate

Heriditary porphria cutanea tarda:
It is a rare form inherited as a manifestation and appears at early ages about 15 years.
Treatment:
- Fetal: withdraw from the patient 500 ml of blood every two weeks. Usually 3000 - 5000 ml of blood is fertilized.
Skin lesions usually improve after the second festering.
- Chloroquine: 500 mg twice a week for adults and is thought to have encouraging results.
- Sodium Bicarbonate: Used for urine ulcer and may also have beneficial effect.
