Gaucher's disease
Clinical manifestations:
- In the acute form of Gaucher's disease, the skin is not pigmented but in Neiman Peak's disease there is a diffuse brown pigment, more pronounced on the face.
- Pigmentation of both types occurs in adults with Gosher.
This is shown in the form of brown spots on the face, neck and hands, and symmetrical pigmentation on the forefoot with a sharp lower edge and irregular upper edge. There may be a clear boundary thickness in the negative conjunctiva.
