Alopecia Pharmaceutical:
- Several forms of drugs may cause loss of hair: methotrexate in the treatment of cancer, thallium, coliccin, cytotoxic drugs. Taking vitamin A for a long time may occur alopecia.
Corticosteroids may induce alopecia diffuse in the scalp with hair and berry forming anywhere.
Anticoagulants: Heparin and coumarin may cause alopecia.
