Cambridge Diet .. Three daily supplemental meals taken in the form of soup or milk with the need for high endurance

Cambridge Diet:
Is a diet based on 500 calories a day through the use of complementary meals containing the daily need of minerals and vitamins. It is three daily supplemental meals taken in the form of soup or milk. The dietician should also drink 2.25 liters of water daily. Four weeks after this diet, one of these supplemental meals is replaced with a normal meal of 400 calories.
This diet needs a high endurance as it is inherently dull. The weight is lost well but the body may lose muscle instead of fat, which is very dangerous, for example, the loss of heart muscle may be fatal. The diet does not follow bad dietary habits and does not provide assistance after the end of the diet.
