Becker's syndrome:
It starts early in life, and differs from Becker's.
Clinical manifestations:
- Stains of undulating or scattered structures on the neck and forearms.
Areas of excessive pigment appear later.
- The appearance of diffuse pigmented areas as well as areas of color free in the form of small white smears that appear on the pigmented areas. Diffuse pigmentation with the removal of tibial macular pigmentation appearing on the trunk and associated with macular or macular pigmentation on the neck.
