Addison's disease:
The skin manifestations of Addison's disease result from increased melanin and androgens. This may cause many skin manifestations, mainly:
1 hyperpigmentation is common in the mucous mucosa and skin usually on the areas exposed to the sun from the face, neck and limbs, due to increased production of melanin. The skin lines in the palms, friction sites, old scars and previously pigmented areas become more pigmented.
