Acrokeratosis verruciformis:
It is an abnormality in the cornea inherited as an autosomal dominant but individual cases may occur. The sexual impulse is usually present at birth or appears in early childhood.
Clinical manifestations:
Skin-shaped wart papules may be conical or flat, found on the back of the hands, feet, knees, elbows and forearms, and may be found in other locations in small or single groups.
- The palms may be severely thickened or show little paired and dot-shaped pores in the skin's surface marks.
- Friction of lesions may cause the formation of clusters.
- The nails may be thick and wide.
