Acanthosis negricans:
It is a family hereditary skin disease characterized by hyperthyroidism and skin pigmentation.
The affected skin is covered with papillary elevations.
Clinical manifestations:
There are several clinical forms of black fish:
1 benign form affects children and may appear after birth.
Skin lesions are red, gray, brown or black scaly spots covered with small papillae that give the skin the soft appearance of lesions.
The disease is similar to fish and is not associated with glandular disorders or internal tumors.
There is a thickening in the skin and an increase in skin lines, as the surface becomes papular or waxy.
Embryonic areas may exhibit dystrophy lesions that may become generalized and cover large areas of the skin surface.
Malignant type occurs in adults and older ages, which is very rare in children.
Skin lesions rapidly develop with mucous membrane injury and serve as a warning sign.
3 Pseudo-acanthosis is common and appears after puberty and may be associated with hyperactive osteopathy.
