In radiology of infant abdomen:
A- Gas in the rectum indicates continuity of bowel. x
B- Double bubble is characteristic of duodenal atresia. True
C- Meconium peritonitis lead to calcification in 75% of cases. (12%)
D- Colon caliber is normal in ileal atresia. (Very small colon, termed a microcolon or unused colon)
E- Soap bubble appearance of bowel content is pathognomonic of meconium ileus. (Not specific).
