Most patients with arterial tension do not show any symptoms at all because of this rise. That's why blood pressure should be measured periodically to detect the disease when it occurs. But some patients may complain of the following symptoms when their pressure rises arterial: 
1- headache. 
2- dizziness or feeling lightly head. 
3- epistaxis (nosebleeds).
4- chest pain. 
5- swelling valuable feet. 
6- shortness of breath.
