Heat and cold therapy for roughness joints.. Analgesia. Relaxes the muscles that surround the joints affected

Cold water does own reside pain, especially in the beginning of the first and second day.
Can put some ice in a plastic bag and then put a towel and put the bag on the place that causes pain more than once a day, but not for longer than 10 minutes at a time.
After the intense pain, the cold water can be replaced with warm water as it helps to relax the muscles that surround the affected joints and cause pain. It can help warm water to relieve symptoms more than cold water (iced).
But also for a period of not more than 10 minutes at a time.
