* Produce an furrow in the lip (often lower) in the early period of fetal growth and tight in the adjacent tissues, or as a result of the failure of fusion of embryonic parts of the lip.
* Be unilateral or bilateral red side on the edge of the lip.
* Often affects the lower lip on either side of the median line or near the commissure of the mouth.
* Lip Infected: swollen, had formed fistulas oral if contacted grooves with the salivary glands after the closing oral fluids come out of them (saliva).
